Jeffchiz's 320 ci m-sport *sold*
Here we go again.... yet another progress thread, just purchased this 320 ci m-sport (2.2 170bhp), head gasket is on its way out (we think), so it should be a fix up and sell on again like i did with the gti, however im totally in love with it :) picked it up last night, washed and polished it this morning
then me and tom5190 went to Bicester village and grabbed some shots, not overly great photos though :S |
You have a fucking awesome driveway.
BMW looks ghetto too! My mum had an E46 a while ago, used to love it! |
got any french hatches.

Would be nice to get around £3.5k for it |
Guessing you spent no where near that?? lol
330ci sports go for around the 3.5-4k mark so you'd be crossing all your fingers n toes for that price bro |
orientblau!!! pics came out pretty good best one so far is the village reflection 1 imo

Nice purchase!
Not a fan of the M-badges on the bumper though! |
Looks nice buddy. Is it just the headgasket that's wrong?
So all in all would be around what? £300-400 to sort? nice 1k profit if you sell it for what you want :y: |
Job time for a HG for these is around 11 hours - labour at a garage is roughly £530 parts im not sure of!

Lovely car mate. Are all those saxos and 106's yours ?
|
hate to say it dude, if its a 6 cylinder you might actually not be able to replace the headgaskets, as the e46 engines have a tendency to warp both the head and the block, so when you go to bolt the head back on it strips the threads out of the block
on a different note, WHY IS EVERYONE COPYING ME BY BUYING AN E46!!! |
looks great. dont like the m badge on the grill though. My mate just bought one like it, but a 53 plate 330 m sport in another blue, for £3.5k, but it was on like 100k miles so that could effect prices
|
as always jeff, your completely insane.... :y:
bm looks gorgeous. |

well im my eyes engine size is irrelevant when it comes to how much a car is worth (unless its an m3 ofc), my dad for example bought a lower powered car because of lower running costs, and it was no cheaper than the more powerful equivalent, but has higher mpg, lower tax, insurance etc with the price of fuel people arent buying bigger engined cars Quote:
