***Saxxy1988 Official scam thread***
 

Right guys in recent days the forum has been littered with multiple threads about Saxxy1988, it appears he has scammed lots of members on here as well as many other forums and the sax-p staff are well aware of this. However creating multiple individual threads is not going to help. If you stand any chance of getting your money back you need to combine all your details so it can be forwarded to the police/ trading standards in one go.

therefore i have created this sticky thread where all members who have been scammed by saxxy1988 can create a list of your names and forum names, how much you have paid him and for what item.

example (i have not bought anything of this guy but thought it easier if everyone keeps to a set template so have done this as a sample)

1) James Pettipher (Jungle_Jim), front bumper, £50, 23/11/09, payment via paypal

just Jungle_jim for sorting that out, its getting all a bit ridiculous now, as said ive spoken to the authority and they need reference numbers, names, contact numbers, how many was transfered and amoutn scammed.

ive just got off the phone to the bank ltieraly 5secs ago, and they stated that chances are you will get your money back as that account has been flagged up, and its also in conjunction with another account (his natwest one) from on 106oc, so if everyone relates all their refferences together then we should be onto a winner! got to look positive!

i do, i will have to find it out. I dont have anybody elses. Im heading up to meet him after xmas

also hammy105p spoke to the police and gave them the details, they said the officer who is dealing with this will gimme a call but im gunna call back in 20 mins again and find out what is happening, and get a crime reference number also the halifax said to m again just report it to the police as it will have to go through them before they can do anything. so guys who have been scammed just to re-iterate contact police who will in turn contact his banks (halifax or natwest)

yep i reported in 2 weeks or so ago now, then told bank last night who will talk to police etc and hopefuly get somewere
bt we need peoples refference numbers and names so they cna be linked as i was informed a reference number isnt good enough you need to have there name aswell.

Well everyone i would just like to update you to tell you that Nik Hewitt has been arrested by Derbyshire police.
I just had a call from Kent police as i was the first person to report all of this.

Obviously being sent down for 8 months this time last year (for crimes against Cliosport users-amongst others) didnt do anything...

so any chance anyone is getting there money back?
