i think u should some how change it so when people upload avatars they upload at a smaller size like 25kb and 120 x 120 pixels. As i think it slows down the speed of opening the page as it has to load full image quality photos that some people have as there avatar.

point noted... Moderators can now remove people avatars and sginature images at with the click of a button.

The new forum will be more restricitve on the size of images. You will also have the option NOT to display images, etc.
