C2 head - spark plugs?!

As above.

J4 bottom end, jp4 head.
I assume i should use c2 plugs?

What's the spec of your engine? You may need a colder heat range.

J4 block as standard, JP4S head, j4 inlet, cams, springs, tappets. OEM as possible!
