towing a car? advice plz
 

think of buying another saxo which is a none runner due to engine problems, and the cheapest way for me to get it home is to tow it.

i know your spose to use a straight bar, but is there any rules ie how long you can tow a car, speed, insurance.

any info on towing woulld be ace.
