Green stuff?
any1 know where i can get a pretty good deal on green stuff pads? ive had a look in the tint and they seem to be a little heavily priced.
also do they make a huge amount of diffence? rep given :D |
hey mate alot of people dont like green stuff they use mintex etc i run green stuff on the front of my vtr normal driving there bout the same once you get them warm on harder driving they do work better imo more of a pad you find on track cars
|
hmm.. lol mintex cheaper and better? or just like chaper and basicly do the same job, im jus after some decent pads cause i feel like the normal ones are efficent enough to be honest :\

If your driving normally, with the ocasional slip of the right foot, standards are fine! Green stuffs are fantastic all round pads.
Hope this helps Ross RCD. |

Ran them in my 4 pot's and they were poop. Pay for what you get with break pads imo. |
I wouldn't say they are a good pad IMO , on my 266mm conversion they are awful at low temperatures, but when 'spritied' driving they do seem to get better.
I have just gone for standard tarox pads for my 6pots when I put them on. |
hmm seems to be abit of confusion haha not sure weather to get the green stuff or not :|
|
Great value for a road car with moderate power you cant go wrong with Ferodo DS pads.
