Not happy with them.
Not one bit

Got an email earlier saying that they had delivered my parcel and it had been signed for, I was all like woohooo its here, came home to discover no parcel, no calling card or anything.

Find this abit strange as its said its been signed for :panic:


SO. Come back online onto UPS website, find out its been signed for by a 'Whittacker'
Ask my mum and she says its the woman down the way, it was :p

Annoyed as driver didn't leave a card or anything to say that he'd been and attempted to deliver the parcel, what if we didn't know the other people living around us, id have never got it.

3rd time its happened with them now.
Anyway, its here now, im gonna go make a complaint :boxing:
