Anyone into gambling wether its online or at the bookies, mates at work are getting hooked on it, but quite successfully atm, gets about £150 a week from it, he bets on football mainly and a bit of horse racing.

But other mate at work lost £90 tonight think it was on a Barnsly game if it was on tonight?

What websites are there and what do you use? Do you make money on it?

imo i dont like gambling but some people can make a fortune out of it !

I've played on will hill, ladbrokes and many many poker sites! I lost money
on football... ice hockey.. poker.. and any other sport like snooker!

I then played the roulette at the bookies.. and lost over 3 grand in half a year! GAMBLING SUCKS

i don`t bet but ma mates are always on the web on a site called betfred.

i have lost too much money gambeling. have had a few nice wins along the way. like to bet on horses greyhounds football

not all on the same bet, but all on loads of little ones, thats what i understood when he was talking about it. does it not makes sense? i aint got a clue about gambling. lol

Adicted isn't the world!... i wa obsessed with roulette! i'd stop going uni and go to the bookies every morn and lose from £100 - £200!...

take my world.. gambling only LENDS you money.. your always going to go back and lose what you won! .. it's a habbit you don't want to be in! I haven't played it for over a year now and i really had to push myself to not play the roulette!... DO NOT DO IT! TRUST ME!

This makes perfect sense. Betting £90 to win £150 just means that he's bettin on a BIG BIG favourite! .. he's guaranteed a win for sure because the return is pretty low in relation to the stake... however if he loses.. then thata £90 gone! just like that!

to be honest mate you maximum bet is £100 and to put £90 on just to win £150 which your winning like £60 for a £90 stake is pretty shocking.

never mate.. never... Yea i won £500 - £800 in one day.. but i'd go back the next day and put all that money back in and lose it!..

Bookies are a business... and business AIM to make money! not to give out money!..

i dont like losing money so dont gamble i dont even go on the gamblers very often but when i do and win its an amazing feeling

A few quid on footy accumulator's on a weekend and the occasional blast on poker (usually end up winning)

nothing hardcore, just something to keep the juices flowing

i work in a casino, and the casino always wins ;) if you win you always come back because you think you can win again some so but most lose :) i see it everyday people playing with there morgage ect. i do a little bit on roullette and other casinos won alot but then lost alot.
