Are rear lights the same for mk1 and mk 2

I want to buy some new rear lights, but the ones im looking at (smoked jewel) look a slightly different shape to those i have on my mk1 vts.
Should they fit regardless of what model and year?

yes 100%. all rear fitments are the same.

Them lights do look smart, was thinking of getting them, but ended up with ultra smoked jewels.

all the rear lights will fit from any saxo. but some saxo`s have bulb trays for the light bulbs. others just go into holes and turn. hope that makes sence for you

mk1 - slightly smoked

mk2 - look newer and more crisp
