right a mate was telling me that you can get tablets which are liek mussle deffinition which like really shows up all the mussles in your body any one heard of these?

sounds like bull or weight loss tablets. the only way you will see definition is to drop bodyfat and weight management is the key. you can use horse tranquilisers that completely rip you up in no time or liquid ecstacy but thats upto you fella :)

sounds like they just dehidrate you, cos by taking the warter out of ya body it will show more muscle! if thats the case id give them a miss!

Could be a no2 supplement. Like BSN's NO-Xplode. There are loads of products like this on the market.

They're mostly pre-workout tabs or shakes... aimed to help blood flow and increase your focus etc... whilst making your vascularity and 'pump' from lifting even bigger. More of an ego helping supplement than anything really...

I would steer clear of these

If you read the label on some of them theres a warning that it may cause sudden heart attack (death)
