VTS Engine numbers
 
Does anyone know the differences between the following VTS engine numbers / types?

TU5J4
TU5JP4
TU5JP4S

My car is a 1999 T reg, registered in May 1999 - does anyone know what engine number mine is, or how i can find out?

yours is a tu5j4 all the saxos are and 106 gti's (97-03).

tu5jp4 is the a newer version of the tu5j4 very similar the tu5jp4 has slightly bigger inlet valves, electric throttle ect.. found in newer 1.6 16v peugeots and citroens (pug 206, 307 ect and citroen c2 , c3 ect.

the tu5jp4s is just for the citroen c2 vts its pretty much the same as the tu5jp4 apart from things like metal inlet manifold and diffint cams and a few other performance extras

Sorry for reviving a dead thread guys but was just wondering if the metal intake on the jp4s is the only difference compared with the jp4?
Also would the metal intake fit a jp4 head or are the studs in different places?
