EDIT - 2011 prologue

so the story goes back in 2008 I decided after having my 2nd 106 gti I wanted something cheap to run and got this ax gti, the 106 gti went to alexb who beasted it for a while.

Then I sold the ax to some fat cunt in wrexham who pretty much ruined it, got this back about 2 months ago? work is pretty slow at the moment on this but this first post should serve as an index to all future shenanigans on this.

nice one gav. turboing ? putting ma gti up for sale on monday aswell. rear axel starting to go unfortunatly,and i can`t be assed spending cash on it. us scots are tight asses you see lol

I paid what he put it up for, end of the day it has 12 months mot and 6 months tax. WHich end of day with the mods its got it pretty spot on for what I want it for now.

Steve lol in response to text only selling the gti the turbo kit is still for sale but everyone is skint atm or the usual yes I am interested but no money right now. Quiksilver is staying around for a while yet so nae bother there.

Turbo we will see it is easier to do it on this but need to be patient lol @ the comment of scotts being tight! Well at least you will make decent money on it!

was a straight swap from my vtr to gt

insurance is bugger all for me lol

Plans are to lower it, get the usual strut braces on, new exhaust, group n engine mounts and that be it for now

Il hopefully have one for the ring next year ;). If not will be in the saxo no doubt.

aye don`t want to sell it but ive spent 500quid on it getting it right. great wee car, really fun to drive. i seen another gti exactly the same as mines with twice the mileage and it went for 2400quid on ebay . ive spent 1600quid on everything to do with the car . buying it plus the other wee bits. so think ive got a chance of getting the 2400quid for mines also. so will be a nice profit plus the use of it. hopefully anyway lol
