could anybody please point me in the right direction to source a shell and possibly engine for a 205 gti??

go to the 205 shop :y:

Buy a whole car as spares for them are quite hard to get hold of.

Ebay is your friend. Just don't expect the car to be perfect, ours is 21 years old, which is older than most users on here...

Or get given one lol
