It doesnt say there is a remote wire with the pack, should this come with my amp? Also what sound deadening do most people go for, dont want to spend loads on it. Looking to order this tonight.

Sorry for slight hijack, where do people place the amp for the comps, in the boot with the amp for the sub or under the seats?

mattbarnes34 11th February 2009 22:58

can either go for dynamat which is good from halfords can get some dynamat extreme for 15 quid which is enought to do around the woofer in each door just or get some from car audio direct second skin i have been suggested by people in the know
heres a link
http://www.caraudiodirect.co.uk/seco...k2cp32rkjibip2
enought there for a couple of layers in each door so alot more which is better of course
im told this is good stuff aswell and would defo say get it as im getting it myself when i get my components hopefully soon

mattbarnes34 11th February 2009 23:00

most put amp in boot but it is possible to mount it under seat aswell,
id prefer the boot so its out the way no wires to desperatly hide
in the boot i think its more tidy

Smylie 11th February 2009 23:05

yea i think il buy a 4 channel amp most proberly the JLB504 as my mates got a few for sale, and that way im not running 2 amps.
