GTO-1202D to 75.4????

I am thinking about getting a GTO-1202D 12" dual voice coil subwoofer from one of my mates.

Would this subwoofer work ok with my jbl 75.4 amplifier, i know the subwoofer is dual voice coil how do i go about wiring this to my amplifier?
