front end strange noise

i got the front end lowered today, but now i have a bizarre noise that can only be explained as a 'whoop whoop whoop' noise,
what could this be?
brakes?
driveshaft?
any help will be appreciated

if its at about 60-70mph you hear it mate it could be the wheel arch linner myn was
