iphone or blackberry 8900
im due for a contract upgrade and dont no wich one of these to get...i not interested in any phones at the moment with big cameras n shit so its between these two..ive had the first iphone and loved it except for the no bluetooth n things like that
what do you think? |
Iphone everyday!, blackberries are for buisnessmen.
Add a poll mate. :y: If you liked the 2g one ( i still have mine :) ) then get the 3G one, Thers bearly any difference though. |
personally i prefer the iPhone... have been offered a few Blackberry's "on the cheap" wouldnt take one
|
I'd take the iPhone even though it's massively overrated and all the contracts are shite.
|
I have both a mk1 Iphone and a Blackberry.
My iphone is left in the draw as a spare. I much prefer the blackberry as a phone, but then again i dislike alot of touch screen phones. |

New Iphone is due soon so I would wait for that before getting one, if you do.

i have had mine since they came out last july and in my eyes its the best phone you can get blackberrys are ok but only for email! the new curve isnt 3g either so wouldnt expect the fastest interweb plus a full qwerty keyboard would just get on my tits |

O2 have changed the way this works so you cant get a cheap/free Iphone. Unless again they have changed the way they are dealing with it upon what I was tole last year Qwerty keyboard is much much better for dauly use over a normal one. |
yh i must admit having the full keyboard always there on the blackberry would get on my nerves, but its better to type on than the iphone
|
The iphone will sell for more, so if you have to choose, get it, sell it and buy a blackberry!
Top end blackberrys you have the choice of 8900 (javelin) 9000 (bold) or 9500 (storm) all of which are class phones. Didnt think Id ever use one, but if you do, you wont go back! Though the bolds are actually the older of the 3 they are the most advanced with all the features you could possibly need. The storm is the blackberry iphone equivalent with a touch screen. BUT unlike the nokia 5800s and other iphone clones they didnt try and make it the same and it has really worked! Its a really solid and classy phone. A toughened glass touch screen which requires pressing unlike the iphone which is more of a light tap. Brushed metal back and really good video and sound make it a good contender if youre looking for an iphone like phone. |
Iphone for me.
Was playing on a blackberry the other day... was laughable. |
Iphone... one of the few products ive ever bought and been 100% happy with :)
|
have had both iphone and blackberry in the past..
set contract up today Free Iphone 3g 16gig - 1200 mins - 500 texts-unlimted internet,downloads etc - £44 |
Iphones are great, good choice, but as you showed, you dont half pay for it!
£44 * 18 months = £792 I dont get net and I only got an N95 on my contract but mine was £14 * 12 = £168, so I get a new phone in 10 months (youre allowed 2 months before your contract expires) and save £624 |
