Would i be able to sue/claim?
My boss thinks he might have it (his mate is an air hostes fresh from mehhhxico) and he told me halfway thru my shift....now tonight i feel rotten and coughing/sneezing a fair bit.

Trip to the doc's if i get worse....

answer, probably not, fault lies when there is intent or negligence, if we lived in America you could, but unless you boss sneeze on you or something like that, then no

on the flip of it, if your boss does have it and dies, who you guna sue? and then someone would sue you for giving it to them, and good look finding someone to go through a possible claim with someone whos infected :D
