hello yeah my mate banged my door when the window was down and now it doesn't go up and down now.wot can be the problem

it doesnt allow me to feed the window up or dwn wot can be the problem

are they elctric or manual?

Take the door card off and have a look

take the door card off and then there is like a white plastic thing. Peel
that back taking care not to damage it too much. Then look to see if the
window has come off the runners.

ok thanks i will do that 2morro and let you all knw.i mean i can hear the mechanism go up and dwn but the windows do not feed up and down so it cant be the mechanism can it?
