No map - 10bhp ish - With the usual shit (exhaust etc)
Mapped - 30bhp ish - With the usual shit

To fit cams you need;

Cams
Cam Seals
Cam Lube

dont need cam lube with newman cams, as they are covered already, also they dont need running in as such, just about 25 miles are smooth driving,

also would say get new followers, and new cambelt and also do a ssrvices!!!

running in camshafts is around 15-20 minutes at 2-3k rpm - from reading this hardens the camshaft lobes so that they wear consistently and last long.

anyone know if 16v saxo cams would fit a 16v c2 engine?

The cam lobes are slightly different offsets to each other - you can get ones to fit the jp4 head though.

Ring catcam/QEP and they'll sort them out for you.
