**Updates on Page 3** Car nearly up to standard :)!! Frisby's Saxooo Progress Thread
 

Right well i thought i would start my progress thread now as i have just brought the car. It's a Gold 1.1 Desire. I brought it with 56,000 miles on the clock, X reg (2000) for £1600. It came with a few added extras which are alloys (not sure which make) and lexus lights for the rear. Think it was a good buy for the saxo's which were around my area and the money I had. Few pictures of the car when I brought it yesterday. Passed my test on the 8th March :).






Plans for the car

1. Get rid of the lexus lights
2. Get some smoked jewels
3. Bee-sting arial
4. VT Kit - Done
5. Maybe black bumpers, not colour coded - Done
6. New speakers
7. New CD player - Done
8. VTR Alloys - Done
9. New colour for the VTR Alloys, not silver
10. Tint back windows - Done
11. VTR Seats - Done
12. Smoked Indicators - Done
13. Lowered - Done
14. Subwoofer - Done

Will add extra things i do to the car when i decide to do them and more pictures when i do them.

Lol i didnt like the colour at 1st but i dont know what i was but i kept looking at the pictures and it just hooked me in and I loved it in the end.

Number 13 (lowering) should be the first thing you do buddy. You'll understand when its done. And don't bother with the 'Bee sting' Ariel, they're shit. I had one on my VTS when I got it and I couldn't pick up any stations. just get a shortish one from your local spares shop. (under a tenner)
Also you might want to de-wiper the back and get a rear Spoiler??

The things arn't in order, just a numbered list lol. They get done as money becomes available :L

dosnt look too bad mate you dont see too many gold saxos non there?are they tsw razors you got on there, how long till you get rid of them? as im after one:)

ooo well, if you want them, depends how much you'll pay becuase im getting some VTR ones :)
