Knocking on the underside.

Just looking for some advice on where to start my search, Just jumped in the car earlier, turned the wheel to hear a large PING, Now over bumps there is a knocking, kinda feels from the front/gear box area.
What should i be looking for ?

Check the drop links, track rod ends, top mount bearings and that the spring is seated correctly in the spring pan and the wishbone ball joint.

Id start with them.
