Where is my fuel pressure regulator
 
Hi could anyone tell me where the fuel pressure regulator is on a saxo vts its a year 2000 single plug thanks for any help

Do you have a picture as i am not sure i have one all i have is the fuel hose going into the fuel rail with a clamp on it

Well it should be pretty visible at the end of the fuel rail.

thanks for the help does it look like this as mine looks different to you pic and where does the vacuum hose go sorry for all of the questions but at last someone is helping me out and not lieing to me

The vacuum line (red in the pic) goes to a little nipple just behind the throttle body.

In my picture you can see a sensor at the bottom of the throttle body, the nipple is behind that

i will try and get a picture up shortly where your red hose is thats where my fuel line goes in which has got a clamp on do you think this is anything to do with the fse power boost valve which was taken off

looks like a power boost valve or something along those lines is fitted.

You should buy a fpr and fit it in the end of the fuel rail, put it back to oem. Remember to unplug your battery afterwards so the ecu can learn the setup again.

i think you are right i dont have a fuel pressure regulator when i buy a standard fpr where do the return hose go which you can see in the picture with the clamps on

my car has been worked on by muppets
