What to do....???

Sorry for starting another thread like this, but this seems the best place to ask....

At the moment as some of you may know the Saxo is up for sale. I want to get rid of this as I want some RWD and fun, such as an MX5 or E30 Bimmer......

But I am now having doubts as to whether this is such a good idea as the Mazda I have found has 10,000 more miles and is older and it will be the same case with the bimmer I assume.

So i just want to know if you all think its a good idea to get rid of mine for something older that may cost even more in the long run than the saxo, or just to get rid and save for a year and then buy something nicer....???

My friend has a 320i tourer - Like H reg with 150k on the clock.

He fucking loves it. Petrol isn't great, it seems to drink it, but its the way he drives.

It depends what sort of fun you want to have really?

Lifestyler? Unaware!

But yeah, probably best to keep it to the track. Friend bought e46 Clubsport, learnt to drift, ended up losing control on a slippy roundabout and hitting a 10 plate Toureg (sp?) Taxi. £800 excess on insurance.

i got rid of my saxo for an older car
L reg infact, perfect mint condition, never had a problem with her, less miles and more luxurious inside too :y:

ouch....i wouldnt have a welded diff or anything cos that would end up in a *crashed my car* thread.....

and was unaware meant to mean you dont get what i mean by lifestyler??? Basically i will make it look all drifty etc etc even if i dont drift. like the boys on here who track slag there cars so they can go to maccy d's.....

Second option - save for something nicer IMO

Jay_ 20th August 2010 00:00
