Cleaning 16v VTS engine

Getting my vts engine on sunday to do 16v conversion on my vtr :p
its being delivered obviously out of the car so thought would be best time to give it a good clean up. Anyone got any advice on what products to use (if any) and best ways to go about it? would be much appreciated! :y:
cheers!

try gunk and let it soak in for about half a hour for the heavy dirt then use something like

to go ov er after after those 2 your engine will be pretty much clean enough to eat off.
