Bonnet Raisers
 

A friend of a friend was pulled over the other day, he was told he has a month to take of his bonnet raisers as they are illegal, i didn't know this was the case?

I have no idea, but would say thats bull, as they would have given him a ticket wouldnt they??

Im guessing he's been given a ticket and stuff, but it's more the fact i thought they where legal, i can't see any reason why they wouldn't be?

cant see how they are illegal? got pulled plenty of times in my old starlet that had them and coppers never said anything

anyway a defect on a car is normally 14days and you gotta get it checked my an mot station

I've literally just gotten pulled for bonnet raisers and for having a single wiper conversion - WTF?

would it happen to do with the sharp edges exposed as your exposing the corners of the bonnet?
