Dyno Graphs after manifold fitting

Are there any dyno graphs out there showing power increases after fitting a performance manifold?

How much are you expecting to see?

Around 3-6hp I suppose, its for a project I am doing and I want to justify the costs of a manifold. I already own one.

It all depends on what car it is as to whether you will see much in the way of gains. The Saxo VTR responds very well to a manifold upgrade, we got 9bhp on our VW Lupo stainless steel exhaust manifold, but if you look at the clio 182 for example or Peugeot 205 gti they are very well designed out the box

is that with or without cat fitted?

usually removal of cat makes the biggest diffeence on a near std car

There is over on Rallye Register.

I believe a standard S2 Rallye saw a 3BHP and a 6Lb/ft increase from fitting a Raceland manifold.

Looking for a graph for a VTS cat or no cat doesnt really matter, no graphs on RR just figures. Not looking to buy one as I already have one, just want comparison graphs for a project im writing up to justify the costs of an uprated mani.
