Headunit compatible with iPhone 4
 

I'm looking for the above please.

I currently have a Pioneer DEH-something-or-other which is spot on to be honest. However when I try to plug in my iPhone 4 to play music via the USB port, it doesn't recognise it which is a bit of a pain. Can anyone recommend a headunit that would work with my iPhone, i'm not fussed about the whole bluetooth/handsfree malarkey, just really want to so I can play music from phone either by USB or 3mm jack.

Also I've only had the head-unit since March and is in mint condition, so if anyone is interested in buying it, i'd be willing to sell for £60.00 inc. delivery. I still have box, instructions, receipt etc so it would be like receiving a brand new stereo. I can take pics of it installed in my car if anyone is interested, just so they can get an idea of how it would look.

have a look at the alpine ida x305 mate.
i've got one and its spot on. controls your iphone from the headunit via the dock connector and displays your album art on the screen aswell.
also saves having to find room for cd's.

you cant play cd's in the 305 though.

alpine 117ri is very good headunit mate, other than that i would recomend the 113bti or the 112ri

ive got a sony CDX-GT540UI and it works very well with it, think there on sale at halfords for about 100 quid now

my alpine works spot on with the iphone but cant remember what the model is i will update its quite cheap now aswell

I have a pioneer... Its a DEH 4200SD, works fine with my iphone 4?
