Vts wheels on vtr catching

My vtr is not lowered but has vts wheels on with standard 185/55/15 tyres had the front ones off today to do the ball joints and noticed they are catching on full lock is this normal?
Shall I just get some lower profile tyres?

VTS wheels should have 195/45/15 on them.

Sorry mis typed lol

if its just catching on one side it sounds like your steering rack is not adjusted equally, they should be.

i never known them to catch on full lock on a non-lowered saxo. (IRC).

That could be the problem, I've never heard of VTS wheels rubbung on a standard height VTR

Just Thort about it and maybe with the large clumps of snow getting caught under the arches recently maybe I've lost a fixing or two

as said above tyres should be 195/45/15 and they shouldn't rub unless archlining loose
