Making money by buying and selling on Ebay
Does anyone do this? Buy stuff in bulk/off forums etc and then sell it on for a profit on ebay with enough to cover fees?
What's the best things to look out for to buy? |
Hats and Gloves during the winter is always a good earner
Sunglasses and other summer stuff during the summer... :y: |
tried this a while back with pc games, ps2 games etc etc, not really worth it tbh, after you've listed everything and paid bills, alot of hardwork for not much return. hmmm suppose how much you can get the stuff in bulk for and if there is actually a demand for what you're selling, no point buying a crate of stuff and nobody wanting them.

Mate of mine does it. Refreshes the debenhams website every 5 minutes and buys all the sale stuff in bulk. He also goes to charity shops and finds brand new clothes for peanuts and sells them on ebay.
Makes a couple of grand a month easily and also gets cashback from debenhams purchases through topcashback.co.uk It's hard work keeping track of it all but if you can be arsed it's a very tidy earner. |
Yeah you gotta take into account all the fees and postage as well and then you realise you're hardly making a profit at all.
Has anyone tried buying big console bundles off ebay that are near enough to you to pick up and then selling it all separately on ebay again? Does seem like quite a lot of effort for not much money but it would build up over time. |
A friend of mine knows a guy that buys shoes and takes a nice photo of them and sells them on eBay for £30 - £40 more than he got them for.
He just does it as a hobby when he has some nothing to do for his business but he earns loads just with the shoes. |
One of my dads mates buys a lot abroad like games consoles phones pc's in bulk and sell them here individually not sure how he gets them here/ find them ect

Used to do this and live off it.
Buy and sell decks. Bought a pair of decks and a mixer for £40 and sold the two decks for £120 and the mixer for £20. Can always double your money on them, buy for £20 sell for £40. Not as good anymore though thanks to CDJs. |
