Well here it is better Late than never :y:

My first thread of my progress with my vtr, you'll have to bear with me as it could get messed up but hopefully not :)

anyways starting from May Last year, After owning a Mint 106 quicksilver decided a wanted another Saxo vtr after previously having one of those too L! so got about looking and advertising my car for cash or swap for a saxo Vtr. Not long into my search i got offered a Icelandic grey Saxo for swap ( the one i have) he said not long Mot quite long tax needs abit of Tlc ( He wasent joking!!) Anyways looking back now a was quite silly just jumping for the first Car a got offered but i thought it was mint almost to good to be true.

So my mate and i got to the "swapping location" My mate being okay with cars i kind of put my faith in him abit. Got there The saxo was very low at the back immediatley thought axle so took my mate took a look seemed to fine, cut along story short it was fucked everything but the axle that is, and i dident know it ( Slaggings welcome but its true we learn from are mistakes!) done the deal he flew off with my car i thought awell lets get back down the road and give this a good clean! but soon smell'd fuel?? Turns out looked under car fuel filter pissing fuel it was all taped up so it wasent leaking beforhand :n:

the boy and his mates all took off knowing fine well they'd done me a was gutted but here ar a few pics so far

- First pic is the breakdown guy fitting a new fuel filter

- Second is one of the pics i saw of the car when it was advertised!

driving very cautious and nearly home when i heard a horrible crunching and noises under the bonnet and comming from the wheels straight away slowed right down pulled in and.....

- First image is my freind fitting a new driveshaft as the other one was mangled to bits all along the road

- Second one being a part of the driveshaft correct me if am wrong though.
