thoe's BALLISTIC CAR AUDIO sub's are rubbish! they make mutant look good!

mutant/Edge/fury/ballistic/fli avoid at all costs..

Jbl/vibe/pro plus/spl-x/sony all there budget gear is great and wont blow up the first time you use it... i have owned and used and abused all these makes and i would buy them with out a doubt for a budget system.

hard to beat a pair of 18's pounding away

is that 3 x12's? i hope you built the box to give each sub at least 1cuft.. if not stuff/line the box with loft insulation. should help the subs a bit..

personally i would have gone for 2x12's ported.. even sealed with about 600watts, will have them jumping out of there baskets!

each sub has it own box and is all lined with insulation, all is made with 12mm mdf so pretty strong and never had any problems and has a great sound to it all aswel
