Trimming the vt arches to have some more poke

im feeling i need to space my wheels out a bit as the stance looks a little queer at the moment. however with the vt arches at the back being lower than the top of the wheel, can i just hacksaw off the inside of the vt arch? so i can run spacers

also with the front aswell. thanks

yes you can just trim them down

Don't see why you won't be ablr to just trim them down... however doing it with a hacksaw might leave a messy result :panic:

I had to, but its not just arch trim you will find the bumper hanger is a pain in the arse as is the fuel pipe as they both start fouling.

What size spacers are you planning on running and how much are you lowered by at the rear? Cos I haven't modified the arches at all and i'm running 35mm spacers on the rear and it doesn't touch (as long as there aren't people in the back)

well the thing is, im lowered 85mm at the back so the wheel is quite well into the arch :(

was thinking maybe 15-20mm spacers if im lucky?
