Enclosed induction kit

If i put an enclosed induction kit on will i need to buy a catch tank or anything else?

no not really, i have a raceland induction kit and i have just put a bit of hosing from the induction kit (a small entry point is allready there for the cam cover breather) to the breather pipe on the top of the engine. or you could get a tiny little pipercross filter to just go on the end of that, thats what chip did with his vtr when he had a bmc.

a catch tank would look nice if you postitioned decent enuf, but is not needed really

catch tanks are for the oil mate nothing to do with the induction kit really!

apart from the fact the oil breather system runs back into the airbox/inlet as standard so he has to do something about it.

so he could either run the breather into a suitable place on the induction kit or get a catch tank to collect the oil.

Thsts what I said of you read it again, the raceland has the bit for the breather hose
A Bmc doesn't though so would need to do it yourself
