Low comps in N/a engine

Hi all does anybody know if putting forged low comp pistons in an n/a enine for a while will do it any harm? I was looking at the pred drive in out turbo conversion but I'd need to drive a hundred miles to get there will the journey be ok on forgey's? Ta

will be ok.. all that will happen is that you will lose a bit of power/torque an throttle response but it shouldnt be too bad if temp..

As Danny has said it will be fine, only thing is you mite find the car feels a little down on power.

Before I went boost I ran low comps in my jp4 with the thinnest headgasket available. Made 113bhp atw like that, and went well. :)
