my xsi. UPDATED
 

right so i sold my saxo on monday with the sadness to see it go :(

last night i picked up my new car so im happy happy happy now :)

its a completely unmolested 1995 106 xsi 1.6 and its a fresh piece of slate for a good project.

it has 162k on the clocks but has had the head rebuilt and drives very smooth and pulls well.

neways heres a few piccys, let me no what you guys/girls think......

Body work looks in cracking condition considering the mileage its done.

no really tho it is pretty mint like you said for the mileage and the age. it does scratches and a few dents but nothing too bad that cant be sorted.. the front bumper and bonnet are covered in stone chips tho

really how i want the car is to be a vts underneath a s1 xsi shell.

i no they are getting rare nowadays and changing everything will ruin a future classic, but the car will be to me more disirable.

right i got a few parts in the last couple of days and thought id fit them today with tom (pog_pug) we started off with the morretts



my drivers side fog was shot so i changed that along with my drivers side indicator which had clouded up



fitted some heko wind deflectors



then got onto spraying an s2 petrol cap as i couldnt find anyone breaking a diablo red gti.




also a pic now its dewipered



imo i much prefer it with the morretts it kind of put more of a stance on the car

took abit of un-needed weight off by removing the spare wheel and the cage :)
