Putting weight on in the face ?

After losing near enough 3 stone it looks like my face has drawn in too quick compared to my body weight.. Bro says to me you dont suit it and says your looking too much drawn in. I would rather be thin than overweight for my face tbh but still thought i would ask if anything could actually be done ?

Have i maybe lost the weight too quick?.. Roughly 3 stone over about 4 month.

Started weight training 2 month back but with a decent calorie diet to make sure no more weight drops off.

Would gaining some weight say a stone then really slowly losing it affect where the body takes the fat from ?

Not a clue about all this stuff and wasnt sure where else to ask but if any help can be given it would be appreciated

Cheers Guys :y:

your body tends to lose fat overall rather than specific areas, if there was a way of targeting one area for fat loss alot of people would just attack the stomach, you might just naturally suit abit of chub on your face and being skinnier might not be 'your look'

nah, much rather have a clean jaw line and sharper features, your bro is jealous becasue he's still fat.

It's probably just a bit weird seeing you looking thinner.

Strange example but do you have a friend that used to have long hair / a beard, and then one day they shaved it all off? For that month or so they looked really weird and it just didn't suit them but eventually people will get used to it.
