Hey all...

Just thought id sign up again due to buying a new 'known scene' saxo...

Ive owned a fair few cars in my time, most of them i usually build up to a show spec, get bored and move on from... However this is a bit of a different story...

My partner wanted to me to pick up a car for her over the last few days that she fell in love with... However upon getting it back, we both realised its far from a daily drive.. being as practical as a dinner plate made of p*ss...

We had the option of raising the car up & banging different wheels on it to turn it into a daily.. however it would never look the same (and would be a shame)... or even worse sell the saxo on....

After a long talk, i ended up giving her the money she paid for it, and have decided to keep it as a show car.. leaving the wheels on, and doing a few bits to the interior ready for the show season, as im a dab hand with filler & real carbon fibre...

The car itself is faultless, and a great car to drive... However upon buying it, means ive had to abandon my project.. my mk2 seicento 2.0 16v (vauxhall c20xe engine on zzr1100 carbs)....

I built one in the past, which ended up being wrote off by its new owner.... and after months of messing about i had finally got everything i needed to build the mk2... however the saxo has changed things... so all the vaux & fiat bits are being sold off....

And a load of cars ive actually built.... (im more of an engine nut tbh... esp with the 2.1 zetec turbo mk2 fiesta)
