Windows Phone photo editing app recommend
 

Usually, we ues a app to edit our pics, to make pics looks better or just for fun .
Firstly, in my opinion ,photo editor should be Comprehensive, the one with just one or two function doesn't fit enough.
And the other requirement is Playable I think， which keep us using it.
Easy to operate is the third one we can take in considering.
