what do you get the biggest 'pump' from in the gym?

like which moves? supersetting, or dropping setting? or just straight sets of a certain move?

I change it up quite alot really but I do prefer drop sets .

pre-workout supps give u bigger pump

such as jack3d and musclepharm assault, they both generate pump and obv energy etc..

food wise ive never had anything from..

I often get really good pumps with isolated exercises, compound ones just fuck me over lol

Bakes beans usually make me have big pumps, but I find if I have something really mayonnaisey and hold it in and wait a bit, that usually gives me the biggest pumps.

Normally a mix of a nitric oxide sups and a high GI carb.

When I was doing keto I barely felt a pump, hated it.
