workout - critique?
Ive been doing it 2weeks now and feeling quite good already especially in my core. :) n finally got some legs in there, i actually enjoy doing them even though squats are brutal, i managed 80kg on the barbell for 12reps which im pleased with seems ive just started doing them. J :boxing:
