Blackberry's been stuck updating all day

Fucking thing has been stuck on 16 percent since about 11 this morning, tried a few battery pulls and it just goes straight back to the same screen.

Anyone know wtf I can do?

If I can't sort it tonight I'm just going to go into phones 4 u tomorrow.

Updating to 7.0, which I thought I was already on :S
