Eskimo's Fabia-lous vRS.

Thought I'd post a progress thread up for my Fabia.

Ive owned it around 5 months now, it replaced my Honda Civic EG6 B16A2 as was just costing me way to much to run, was a great car though!

Anyway, im not going to bore you all to much with this talking.. My names Liam, 20, and from Nottingham.

Spec:

vRS 1.9 TDi 130, Remapped by Shark to 172bhp, 289lb torque.
FK Highsport Coilovers.
FK Front anti roll bar.
Straight through pipe, Mufflerectomary and Cupra Tip.
Gold Calipers.
Grey VRS Wheels.
Colour coded Handles.
Colour coded LCR Splitter.
Colour coded Shuttle pan.
Colour coded Mirror Bases.
Colour coded Door strips.
Catch Tank, baffled.
Yellow Fogs.
Colour coded number plate surround.
Colour coded fog surrounds.
Colour coded grill.
Tints all round.
Allard EGR Delete.

When I first got the car and it was lowered after 3 days of owning it, this was a trip to Matlock with the missus and dogs.




It went to be mapped by 'Shark Perfomance' a week later and I sprayed the wheels Matt black, I also started to clean it all up, by putting LED bulbs in, de-tango'd, and mufflerectomary.








In the mean time, its had new Cupra Bushes, FK Anti Roll bar, New expansion bottle, radiator, clutch, DMF, waterpump and thermostat.

The seats have been steam cleaned as was looking sorry for them selfs, there back to how they was.




A random filthy shot with BBS LM's on. And a it in the snow, fitted Tow strap, yellow fog lights, tints all round, spyvision on the lights and LCR Splitter by this point.








And as it stands today, colour coded mirror bases, splitter, door strips, shuttle pan, and grey wheels and engine cover. Also fitted a catch tank, and painted my calipers gold for temporary until I have 312mm.

I like these, just don't like the seats in them.

Really like these fabias, mate of mines just got one.

very tempted to get one now im looking for a car. quite tempted by the cupra tdi too which has the pd160 engine. how much did you pay for it? some cheap ones out there but they're all silver!

Really like this car! Sits sweet, could do with those BBS' back on though. And how the hell could you afford the insurance on an EG6 at 20?!

Not many black ones about don't like the seats should get the leathers would look a lot better

Thanks mate, yeah im happy how it sits, took alot of adjusting to get it perfect. Haha! I know right, I was actually insured on the EG at 18! Wish I didn't sell it sometimes!!

Thanks, wanted a MK5 Golf GT TDi, but was so expensive, and alot more on insurance! Even though its the same engine.

A re-trim is hopefully in order, been talking to Seat Surgeons about ideas. :cool:

I think these are a sort of genesis for "hot" diesels. Thats quite a torque figure too, bet that shifts in gear

Love these, partly because of the Advert on the TV with the green one, Epic, and these can be modified tastfully like yours - browny points there lol. Anyway, looks smart.

Yes I have him on Facebook, luke Leary, his is around 240bhp, and smokes like crazy. Mine smokes quite abit if boosting it. (black smoke)

Fabia looks smart would love one of these after my VTR. The leather seats for these are nice with the piping and embosed VRS logo's.
