Just thought I would say hi.. Great site by the way... I've upgraded my Saxo to a VTS last week from a Furio, and so far so good, much, much better, just got to be good and not boot it till its run in... Anyone know what I should stick to and for how long? I dont have the manual yet (hopefully picking it up this weekend). Also what is the button with a green backlight on the centre console (looks like it should mute something), it doesnt appear to do anything.

Hey newbies, welcome to sax-p.
Nyami are you sure you're not talking about the cigarete lighter! ![]() The limit I think it should be to keep it under 3000 revs until you do the 1 month/1000 miles service and then you can build up after that. Thats what I am "supposed" to stick to while running in my C2 Vtr so it should be about the same for the saxo. |

it might be... does it have any symbol on the button? I ask this cause my saxo was a 1.1 and didn't have anything like that! (no alarm as standard)
|
Yeah, the symbol looks like a mute button on a remote control, best guess so far is the alarm thing, sort of makes sense....

Is it this?
