iphone 5 lock button

This is on behalf of my partner, His lock button sometimes works and sometimes doesn't. He got the phone from carphone warehouse in November so was wondering if it would still be covered under the warranty and if they'd be able to give him a new one?

Take it to the Apple store in Southampton.

They'll replace it.

No worries dude!

I had to get my iPhone 4 replaced there, and take a mate to get his replaced there when I was at Uni in Portsmouth, only reason I knew the store existed haha!
