Driveshaft movement

Since I've got my VTR (December) the whole car shakes under heavy acceleration and the gearstick goes mental too, its worse up hill, I got told a while ago to get under the car and give the driveshafts a good tug :homme: the Passenger side one seems solid with no movement however the drivers side has a little movement and it clicks as your moving it, is this normal or is it fubard? there is no clocks or bangs or anything when driving, just a mentally shaking car!

Taa :)
