1,4 alublock vs 1,4 ironblock

I have one 1,4 ironblock from my old 106xsi, and the 1,4 alublock on my new Saxo:D: I am going to turbocharge it and wich bottom is the best to use? I am looking for about 150 hp. And is it wise to use the 1,4 enginge or should i get a 1,6? And yes, I'm keeping the 8v:D:

i wudnt turbo a 1.4 saxo, get a 1.6 vtr then u'll still be keeping the 8v
