Current Goals / Progress
With summer fast approaching no doubt a few of us are currently progressing towards goals set.
What's everyone currently striving towards or achieved soo far this year?? This section is dying we need to re-assemble!! |
Eat shit food, as much as possible.
Achieving my goals admirably. I'm debating doing a routine of nothing but loaded carries... Just got nowhere to do them really. |

Started jumping into my cutting phase now, already feel like drowning myself.
Dropped majority of my carbs, no more bread/pasta (still keeping da rice). Meals normally consist of: Breaky - 5 Egg whites, 40g Protein shake, Banananana + an apple if it's there Break before lunch - Tuna + Sweet corn (not sure on grams etc) Lunch - 400(or so)g Chicken Breast with 2 Cups of brown rice + 1 cup of green beans Afternoon Break - 40g Protein shake + Portion of grapes Tea times - 400(or so)g Chicken Breast with 2 Cups of brown rice + 1 cup of broccoli Post gym (8/9ish) - 40g Protein shake + another bananana I'll stick to this diet plan near enough, mainly because I'm not a big fan of fish (other than tuna), and lean beef etc aren't too cheap compared to Chicken Breast! |
Not gym related but my goal for summer is to climb ben Nevis and complete the Glas Maol circuit.
Will be quite an achievement for me in the heat. |
