will it fail MOT like this??

ok my saxo vtr Radius arm has a lot of play so have just decided to go with a reconditioned axle from IM axle and its currently on the way, the problem i have is mechanics around here are happy to fit the axle but they will not lower it, so the back end will be high will it pass an MOT like that?? i have only days untill MOT expires so my plan is to just get it through the MOT and then i can find someone willing to lower it.

It'll pass, but if you've bought an axle from IM you should have got them to lower it before they sent it

oh dear i didn't even know they did that

The hardest part about lowering is getting the torsion bars out and on a refurb axle its the best time to do it

Ali123 29th September 2016 21:39

as already stated , that won't be an issue for MOT

i managed to catch IM before they sent it out and he is lowering it before he sends it now. thanks for the help guys much appreciated
