Saxo electric problems
 

Hello Saxo Friends!

I'm Pedro from portugal, and i need some help regarding my saxo 1.5d.

The car in the past 3 years haven't make any kilometeres due to my health problems, and now i want to put it ok to go take the road this summer.

I have been trying to check it, and I have some troubles to solve:

-Engine starts and it sounds ok,
-Clutch and brakes are ok,
-electrical system it's not ok:
.radiator vent doesn't start up,
.electrical power steering doesn't work,
.I have a relay missing in the engine fuse box (i think it's a yellow one, but i doesn't know the part number of it)
.rpm and velocimeter doesn't work properly (when i am stopped, the 0 km/h is at 60km/h and the rpm indicator it's in the same situation)
.inside air vent doesn't work,
.some plugs in engine compartment are unpluged, but i don't see where to plug it. Are there any "reley" or other things to plug in?

Can someone of you guys help me solve this? I can take some pictures if needed!
